On Christmas Eve and New Year's Day, we have modified opening hours, namely from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We are closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Our delivery times have also been slightly adjusted. On all days mentioned above (24, 25, 31 December and 1 January) no medicines will be delivered.
Until recently, the Serpha pharmacy was located in the building of the fertility clinic Nij Geertgen. Due to the growth we have experienced as a pharmacy in recent years, we were increasingly short of space. For this reason, it was time to find a place outside the walls of Nij Geertgen. We found it at Zeelandsedijk 33a, 5424 TL in Elsendorp. Indeed, we are still located in Elsendorp. Indeed, the new pharmacy is less than 7 minutes walk from the old location. We are looking forward to serve you again at the new location!
No deliveries outside the Netherlands from 25-11 to 01-12 due to Black Friday & Cyber Monday
On Black Friday and Cyber Monday, online shops often offer the best deals of the year. You might expect us, as an online pharmacy, to participate in this. However, as a pharmacy, we have bad experiences with deliveries on the days around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In previous years, medication arrived far too late or was even lost. For this reason, we have chosen not to make any deliveries outside the Netherlands from 25 November to 1 December. During these days, you can still have your medication delivered within the Netherlands or pick it up at our pharmacy during our opening hours.
From 2 December onwards, we expect the delivery services to be able to provide the same level of service as we are used to, and medication ordered before 13:00 can be delivered to you the next day.
Serpha enters into collaboration with European healthcare group Future Life
As of November, Serpha Pharmacy will be part of the European healthcare group Future Life. The Dutch Healthcare Authority gave its approval for the collaboration on 26 October.
Future Life is a leading care group in Europe in the field of reproductive medicine. At present, 27 centres are already part of this collaborative group. For Serpha, joining the Future Life group is a logical next step in further professionalisation and growth.
CEO of the group, Marieke Schoonenberg, says: ''We want to continue to offer the best care and most appropriate medication to people with a desire to have children in the future. Innovation is necessary for this, but our pharmacy must also remain accessible and personal. To guarantee this in the future, it is important that we cooperate at a European level. Therefore, nothing will change for patients in terms of care and day-to-day affairs. Our team and our service will remain as patients have come to expect from us.
