In the summer months, the temperatures can be too high to guarantee the right storage conditions during transport abroad.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship the packages then. If this is the case, we will contact you to either postpone the delivery or cancel the order. When cancelling your order, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. 

From 31-05-2024, it is unfortunately no longer possible to pay with Visa and Mastercard. We are working on a solution and hope to be able to offer this payment option again in the near future. We apologise for the inconvenience.  

Since 1 January 2024, we have been experiencing major problems with customs when sending orders to the UK. Until it is clarified what these problems are caused by, we will unfortunately no longer ship orders to the UK. We apologise to our UK customers for the inconvenience.
